and outfitting students is a goal
for many school districts across

But they might not always be the
ideal tool, Bradbum cautioned.

ue to grow. And teachers are rapidly

Negotiations are being made
with one of the candidates, and the
final selection will be released with
in the week, said Melinda Manning,
assistant dean of students, who now
serves as the stand-in adviser.
The new hire must communicate
well and be committed to UNC and
its students, she said.
“We have to be completely com
mitted to the fact that our system
is student-led.”
