Someone used a knife to steal S2O from the victim, according to reports. ■ An incident of breaking and entering and larceny from a vehicle was reported at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday in a parking lot at 100 E. Rosemary St., according to Chapel Hill police reports. According to reports, a sus pect broke into a 1991 Mercedes and stole a bass guitar valued at $7,000. ■ An incident of breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm and willful damage to property was reported at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday from a residence on Estes Drive, according to Chapel Hill police reports. According to reports, the victim noted damage to the apartment and a missing firearm. Damages and graffiti to the apartment totaled S6OO, reports state. ■ An incident of larceny was reported at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday at a medical facility at 727 Eastowne Drive, Chapel Hill police reports (Bar state. According to reports, an office was left unlocked and a purse was stolen. The contents of the stolen purse included a Palm Pilot valued at $499, a cellular phone and credit cards valued at $250, according to reports. ■ An incident of larceny was reported at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday at a psychology department facil ity at 259 Medical School Wing D, according to University police reports. Reports state that a DVD play er valued at $199, a camcorder valued at SSOO and keys valued at $6 were stolen. ■ A University student was cited for public urination and run ning from a police officer TUesday, according to University police reports. Senior Lee Superville was arrested at 2:01 a.m. in the Porthole Alley parking lot, reports state. ■ An incident of trespass ing was reported at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday near the intramural fields. A security guard report ed that a man was following a female subject. The incident is under further investigation.
