There’s just been a really high level of excitement,” said Erika Stallings, Student Union president and admitted Cohen fan. The auditorium has 380 seats, she said, and bracelets for seats will be available starting at 6:30 p.m. NOTED. Elvis Presley might not be the King anymore, at least according to Forbes.com. The Web site announced this week that the rock ’n’ roller lost his title as top-earning dead celebrity. Nirvana lead singer Kurt Cobain, who made SSO million between October 2005 and October 2006, is now the highest-earning deceased celeb. Presley made a mere $42 mil lion this year. Visit www.dailytarheel.com for the full story. POLICE LOG ■ A man was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Tuesday at 327 W. Rosemary St. on drug-related charges, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Anotonio Eggleton, 33, whose address was listed as the streets, was arrested on a felony charge of manufacturing a Schedule II drug and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia, reports state. According to reports Eggleton was in possession of 0.5 grams of crack-cocaine and consented to a search. He was held in Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, accord ing to reports. He is scheduled to appear Nov. 6 in District Criminal Court in Hillsborough, reports state. ■ An incident of shoplifting and trespassing was reported at 2:21 p.m. Tuesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports. ©jp Soily (Ear MM Reports state that a case of Red Bull valued at $7-96 was sto len from Food Lion at 1720 N. Fordham Blvd. ■ An incident of larceny was reported Tuesday, Chapel Hill police reports state. According to reports a bicycle was reported stolen from a bike rack, located in the parking lot at 125 W. Franklin St., at about 3 p.m. The bike was valued at $350, reports state. ■ An incident of breaking and entering was reported at 9:23 a.m. Tbesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Reports state someone broke into a 2004 Jeep Wrangler, parked at 113 Stephens St. Coins, valued at $1 were taken, according to the report. The window was valued at S2OO. _ .....
