His lawyer says dental journals discuss the need to massage the pectoral muscles to treat a common jaw problem. Police say the dentist spoke about routinely mas saging patients’ chests to treat temporo-mandibular joint disorder, which causes neck and head pain. NOTED. A New York woman said a drunken man attacked her inflatable Halloween lawn display of three ghosts and a giant pumpkin and then apparently smashed his head through her window. The woman said she heard hollering and swear ing outside before seeing the enraged man grappling with the plastic vegetable. POLICE LOG ■ Trina Shah, 35, was arrested on eight felony charges of forg ery, four charges of fraud and two charges of possession of stolen goods, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Shah, of 605 Nunn St., was arrested at 6:17 p.m. Friday. Shah was secured in Orange County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail, reports state. She was arrested at 828 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., and was scheduled to appear Monday in court, according to reports. ■ Jessica Foust, 20, of 201 Howell St., was arrested at 4:23 a.m. Sunday on charges of assault ing a government official, com municating threats and resisting arrest, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Reports state the arrest was made at 401 Howell St. An incident report for the arrest states that Foust was trespassing at a resi dence when she was arresteji on warrants. According to reports, Foust then assaulted a government (Tfjp Daily (Tar Mrel QUOTED. “I’ve fished for 40 years. I’ve never see one that big.” Fisherman Adlee Bruner, who fought with an 11-foot-long Mako shark for more than an hour during the Destin (Fla.) Fishing Rodeo. The shark tipped the scales at 844.4 pounds. After gutting, it weighed a record-breaking 638 pounds. official. According to incident reports, there were two victims, including police officer Jason Belcher. The reports state there were no injuries. Reports state that a suspect hit a victim in the face with a hand gun. The incident occurred at 506 W. Franklin St., according to reports. ■ Police responded to a large fight at 12:30 a.m. Sunday at Spice Street Restaurant, according to Chapel Hill Police reports. According to reports, the res taurant is located at 201 S. Estes Drive. Reports state there was an assault on a government official with injury.
