The window was at least 8 feet off the ground, and the owner reported the window was recently dean, police spokesman Kevin Gunter said. ■ Two Fort Bragg men were arrested for involvement in a Franklin Street brawl Sunday, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Alan Joseph Moore, 22 and .Alexander Scott Cook, 23, both were arrested for punching someone in the face in front of a police officer at 12:46 a.m. Sunday at 201 E. Franklin St., according to reports. Police released Moore, who listed his occupation as military; and Cook, who is employed by the U.S. Army, on written promise to appear in court Feb. 25, reports state. ■ A window at Greenbridge Development was damaged after someone threw rocks at it, accord ing to Chapel Hill police reports. The window damage was reported 7:40 a.m. Friday at 400 W. Rosemary St. Damage is esti mated at SI,OOO, reports state.
