List, 19. was stopped by police after he turned onto Raleigh Street from Franklin Street without stop ping for a red traffic light, reports state. He was released on a writ ten promise to appear April 15 in District Criminal Court in Chapel Hill after registering a 0.13 blood alcohol content, reports state. H Also arrested for drunken driving was Claire Paula Brennan, 32, of Durham, who was pulled over after going 65 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, accord ing to Chapel Hill police reports. M Sometime between 6 p.m. Friday and 7:15 a.m. Sunday some one cut wires leading to the solar light near the public artwork out side of Chapel Hill’s Town Hall, causing S3OO damage, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
