MARCH 3, 2008 POLICE LOG ■ Joshua Brandon Webb and Fredrick Darius Yarbough were arrested on several misdemeanor charges at 8:0.7 p.m. Saturday after Webb fired a handgun from Yarbough's car, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Webb. 19, of 117 Barnes St„ was released to his mother's custody on 5350 bail and Yarbough. 20. of •i()b N. Estes Drive Extension, C 7. was released on a written promise to appear in court, reports state. Police seized a Rohm revolver, according to reports. Both face charges of possessing a handgun and possession of a weap on on town property, reports state. Webb also faces a charge of discharging a firearm within the town limits while Yarbough faces a charge of aiding and abetting that discharge, according to reports.
