2 MONDAY, MARCH 24. 200 H POLICE LOG ■ A UNC wrestling team mem ber was arrested after officers saw him punching someone on the 100 block of West Rosemary Street, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Vincent Toribio Ramirez, 21, of 1111 E. Franklin St., faces misde meanor charges of affray/assault and batten and drunk and disrup tive behavior, reports state. Ramirez was released on writ ten promise to appear in court on May 13, reports state. ■ A convicted felon was arrest ed after police discovered him with a handgun at 1:38 a.m. Saturday at 136 E. Rosemary St, according to Chapel Hill police reports. Dwayne Rayshon Degraffenried. 27, of 5218 N.C. Highway 54. faces a felony charge of weapon posses sion by a felon and possession of schedule 1 drugs after police dis covered him carrying Ecstacy. He also faces misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed weapon, according to reports. He was confined at Orange County Jail in lieu of 525.000 bail. The Daily Telegraph reports. The woman woke up to find that her case had been mixed up with another patient in the hospital. The other patient had been suffering from incontinence and was to have sur gery on her sphincter. The hospital clinic in Hochfranken, Bavaria, has since suspended the entire surgical team. However, the woman still needs the leg operation. She is searching for another hospital to do it. NOTED. A New York businessman is suing a strip club, claiming he was injured when a strip per giving him a lap dance swiveled and smacked him in the face with the heel of her shoe. According to the lawsuit, as the dancer swung around, the heel of her shoe hit Stephen Chang, a securities trader.
