The sender, whose Onyen identifies him as Jeremy Purser, lampooned senior bar nights. POLICE LOG ■ A Chapel Hill man was arrest ed for larceny of a motor vehicle Sunday at 706 Church St., accord ing to Chapel Hill police reports. Todd Chantral Cates, 38, faces a felony charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and mis demeanor charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and second-degree trespassing, according to reports. He was confined at Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail and was scheduled to appear in court Monday, reports state. ■ A window at the Friday Center was found broken around 3 p.m. Saturday, according to University police reports. Officials believe that a deer saw its reflection in a window and proceed ed to run through it and then exited the building, breaking two windows in the process, reports state. ■ A U.S. Marine and a U.S. Army soldier were arrested and charged with affray and assault and battery for fighting in front of the Starbucks on East Franklin Street at 2:45 a.m. Sunday, accord ing to Chapel Hill police reports. Christian Stephen Johns, 19, of 234 Craige. was found in possession of a bong, which was confiscated by jNtlice. according to reports. ■ Daniel Peter Thaller, 18, and Joshua Steven Wooten, 19, of Spencer Residence Hall were cited for underage possession of alcohol, around 11 p.m. Saturday, University police reports state. Police seized alcohol found in the students’ dorm room refrigerator. The two will have to appear in court for the citation, reports state.
