The daily papers ol the State will oblige us by a prompt exchange with the Constitution. Several arrests have been made for drunkenness and disorder during the day, but not more than is usual on the fourth, the fifth notwithstanding. His Honor, Mayor Separk, had several boys before him for bad behavior at church on yester day. They were reprimanded and fined.
