School and Superintendent A subscriber to the Post in writing of the Christmas entertainments he has s attended pays a high tribute to the on a at xJpworth Chapel. He says: "As I have attended most aH of the f Christmas entertainments this year I have had a glorious good time. I have seen an -accountof nearly every one but the little church on North Halifax street Epworth Chapel. I was there at their entertainment and must con fess that it was the completest thing I ever saw. It was something new, the . charmed garden, and beautiful it was with its brick wall. And the children 20 in all, were as well drilled as ever you saw anywhere. This speaks well for the superintendent. And here let me say in his oehaf that he is the most obliging gentleman I ever - saw. T"he children all love him devotedly. I often visit his church and find him always the same cheerful, obliging gentleman. He , had some ladies to help him'' this year that were in to this work . heart and soul and when they take hold there Ss success sure. Now, Mr. Editor, I am not a member of this church or faith but my prayer is that God be withujthem always, especially that superintendent. Mr. J. O. ituth. You can see tnat I m not a writer for locals, but I am a subscriber to your paper, and I want you to let this go in all the same. "Yours I" "A SUBSCRIBER."
