Canned Goods. Canned goods must be true to name and be free from added coloring, flavor or rsrvatiTer unless such addition or additions is made known by conspicuous labeling.. Candy. Candy, must not contain terra alba, kaolin or other mineral substances err harmfnl colorinr or other matter. Fruit Jellies, Butter Jams. Preserves, Conserve. Confertoins and like articles must be made entirety of the fruit speci fied on the label and preserved only "with cane etyrar and must not contain any artificial coloring, preservatives or flavor, except sp4ces or other wholesome natu ral flavoring materials, unless such add ed flavors, coloring and (or) treserrtiTes 'aTe made known oa the labels. No particulars were given. The telegram came to Mrs. Greundeler, th? young man's mother, who lives at 720 North Blount street. He was twenty four years old and employed at the of fice of the Progressive Fanner, die is supposed to have met hi death in a street car accident, though the telegram simply said that he wae killed In a wreck.
