.1 nr. SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION Oath of Office Administered to Hon. J. Y. Joyner by , Graham Hay wood, J. P. The oath, of office was admlnisterM to Hon. J. T. Joyner for his second Vrm a superintendent of public in struction yesterday afternoon by Mr. (Jraham Haywood, who is a Justice of the peace. The ceremony was in' the governor' office, in the presence of Coventor Ayrock and the state of ficers. Three oaths were adminis tered, as prescribed by the Code, as follow: -I. James T.
