Bet ween. $13,000,000 and J13.CO0.0OO revenue annually, itls expected, will be raised by the mort gage tax to, be imiwsed on all classes of mortgages except those exempted by the statutes. The measure will be ready for introduction in the Legis lature early, next week,, and it is ex pected that it will -be passed soon after the other tax bill raising the excise fee of 50 percent.
