"Writing from Bel grade a correspondent draws a gloomy picture of the condition of the king and the country. He says political and so cial circle are under a cloud of appre hension as to Servier's future. The air is full of rumors of dissensions in the great radical party, the resignatlpn of the cabinet, the eventual abdication of Klrfr Peter and the possible occupation of Belgrade by Austrian troops. The rumors of abdication are declared to be premature, but it can not be doubted that ihe king's health i3 not good. His depression and insomnia have increased since his visit to Samendria and Posa revatz .two towns, that have always been sympathetic to the Karageorge vitch dynastla, but King Peter was ac companied by the three principal Regicides. Colonels Mashlna, Damyan and MIshltch. and the respectable clti ens absented themselves, while the peasants were absorbed In gating at the murderers of their king. The police were even forced to Interfere on ac count of bitter. Indignant comments passed on the Regicides. At Pozare vatz many old flags were Inscribed, "Live Alexander." The respondent lawyers retired for conference and upon their return Mr. Busbee said: "I am directed to say on behalf of these respondents that of course it is understood by your honor that no exception as to their right to have dismissal is waived by their action under this order for that exception has been entered this rnorning.
