THE MORNING POST. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER, 3Qi '95U , Weather Conditions The eastern high pressure' area has moved to the eastward and is now cen tral over Virginia. The pressure has Increased over the "Pacific coast. Areas of low pressure are now central over "Wyoming and Colorado and off the gulf coast, where cloudy and rainy weather prevails. Rains , occurred in all the states on the gulf coast, also In Arkansas, Tennessee, Oregon, Utah and Arizona. The following heavy precipi tation has been reported during the past 24 hours: Key West 1.96 inches, Jupiter 1.98, Tampa 1.06, Mobile 1.36 in A P-hoftnix 1.04. A thunderstorm oc curred at Key West. The temperature has remained about stationary txcept in eastern Washington, Nevada, Utah and Arizona, where it has fallen con eiderably.
