late of the county of Wake
stands charged with the murder
of Mahaly White; and whereas, it ap.
pears that the said Jim Booker, alias
Jim Chavis, has fled the State, or so
conceals himself that the ordinary pro
cess of latf cannot be served upon
him: I

ernor of the State of North Carolina,
