Quite a sensation was produced
in Wilson county court last week,
when a jury case egainst a liquor
dealer for selling whiskey to minors

jury with the remark that they had
failed to do their duty, and ordered
the sheriff to summon men of good
chnracter. ' Tho jury happened to
be composed of some of the leading
citizens, and as a consequence, the
. Judge's action has been severely
criticised - by some, while he has
been sustained by others, -
