' The weather Is fair and warm over the, south Atlantic States and in the Ohio valley, V elsewhere generally cloudy and rainy weather prevails. One storm Is central off New England, which has caused light rains in the east Lake region, and north Atlantic, and a new storm Is central over Ar kansas, which Is causing threatening weather with rain throughout the en tire country west of the Mississippi. The weather is cooler In the Lake re gion and northwest. BOARD OP MEDICAL EXAMINERS. The time for the Annual Meeting of the Board of Medical Examiners, of the State of North Carolina, has been changed from May 24 to April 28, 29, SO, and May Jnd and 3rd, 1898.
