At a meeting of the trustees of the St Augustine Normal School and Col legiate Institute, held on the 28th inst-, the following minute was unan imously adopted: In the Providence of God our for mer friehd, co-laborer and treasurer, Col Wm E Anderson, has been called from our midst to the rest of the Paradise of God, and, although we feel that the change is one of un speakable blessednees to him, having entered into that "rest that remain eth for the people of God" after many years of duty so faithfully done for God and his fellow-man, still we claim the l-acred privilege of putting on record this imperfect expression of the deep sense of the great loss that we have sustained both as a body and as individuals. Our departed brother and associate was a wise adviser, a diligent laborer and a fai'hful stew ard of every trust committed to him. And while we thank God for his good ness in giving to this community such an example and to the church so faithful and earnest a son, we hereby record our sincere and hertfelt sorrow at his departure from our midst, and oiteuu our teuuer oyuipaiuiea io nis Dereavea iamiiy.
