The Greeusboro Daily Patriot an nounces that it will suspend after next Saturday. It has not proven a very remunerative venture. We re gret to hear this because the Patriot was a sprightly, well edited daily and deserves a better fate. But people, without town pride, cannot expect a daily paper, with its attendant ex penses to be met weekly, to live on wind. To make such an enterprise a grand success and an honor to its community, there must be a hearty eo-operatiot by all and an earnest ef fort 1o make it pay its way to the front ranks.
