There is a little more money yet needed to get up a good celebration on the Fourth of July. Let every body lend a helping hand be it ever so little. Mr. A. B. Stronach is doing his level best to have one of the grandest celebrations ever seen here, and he is never known to fail, if he can possibly help it. He ought not, however, be left to do all himself Help him out,, and he will " astonish the natives." There is no prettier or more roman tic country in the world than the mountain section of North Carolina. yet there are thousands who have never seen it. An opportunity is now given to see the sights of the " Land of the Sky" for a trifling sum. Messrs Moore & Isely are going to run an ex cursion to Asheville on the 25th inst. It is now understood that Thos. W. Mason, Esq., will deliver the oration in this city, on the Fourth of Julv. The selection is a most admirable oue, and our people may expect a rich literary treat.
