On the 29th (Wednesday) the camp TOHl he organized, messes arranged, oln and on Thursday, the 30th, it w) - will be formally opened with religi ons exercises by Rev. Dr. Carmichael, , and an address of welcome by Col. E. D. Hall. , Pridav will be the gala day. Sen ator M. W. Robert Ransom win ue in command of the encampment. Ho will be here on the 28th. Col E. D. Hall has made arrange ments for the care and comfort of the pensioners, and will also do all in his power for the entertaiment of the vis iling veterans, who are invited by the pensioners to camp with the latter. The occasion will be a notable one. Many Confederate officers are expect ed and it is known that many both officers and privates are coming from all parts of the State. The LadieB' Memoaial Association of Wilmington aro taking an active part in the matter of providing for the comfort and pleasure of the visitors.
