Jealousy is an evil agent that has ruined thousands. It manifests it self in numerous ways, but seldom benefits the one into whose bosom it has found lodgmsnt. It tries to pull down those who are climbing up the ladder of success. To do this, whis perings backbiting and false ac cusations are employed. It prompts a man to build himself up at the ex pense and downfall of hi-t more worthy fellow man, but in the en ) it proves a boomerang. . If there is one evil spirit abroad in the land that should be shunned moie than another, it is jealous. Many meu are today behind prison bars, paying the penalty for crimes that had their inception in the green eyed monster jealousy. If you would be happy and useful, never allow jealousy or a desire to pull your more prosperous and successful brother man down, get the mastery over you Durham Sun The Sun dnsen't put it j ist right, jealousy can hardly be said to be an agent; ic is really oue of the modes of the expression of the meanest, selfish ness and i e., jealousy the green eyed monster.
