CLAIM8$40,000 DAMAGES San Francisco, Feb 9th Anoth er claim for damages has been filed against Chili, this time by Andrew McKiusley, a member of the crew of the American steamer Keweenaw. He was severely beaten by the police and then imprisoned, but was after ward released on demand of Minister Eagan and Consul McCreary.
