Mrs. Nancy Good;,- a widow lady ; residing in the eastern outskirts of I the city, died last night. She was j over 100 years old and left a husband and four children. Mrs. Gtooch was born in Oak Grove Township but i ed most of her life iu Raleigh. Her husband is said to be 93 years old. The funeral took place this afternoon at 5 o'clock. The case of the State vs. John C. Davis, was commuced last week in Criminal Cour of New Hanover, a Wilmington The Stateis represented by the Solicitor and Col. A. M. Wad dell and the defence by Jno.
