The room for assemblages is situated in the third story, contain ingabouta hundred seats. It has a j platform and an organ, exclusive of one iu the parlor. There are provis ions on foot for the erection, outside of the m.'iin building, of an annex iu which will be located a gymnasium, bowling alley, back- room, &c.
