The weather crop report issued to-, day by the State weather bureau for the week ending yesterday, says that' rather unfavorable conditions have prevailed except in the Western disv tnct. The rainfall during the week has been badly distributed, excessive in many places, and injurious espe cially to lowland crop besides delay ing farm work and causing a flourish ing growth of weeds. The greatest damage to lowland crops was caused by the overflowing of the streams and washing of the soil.
