We are informed by Mr. John B Taylor, one of the oldest citizens, that the house on the corner of Lenoir and South streets is one of, if not the oldest house ia Baleigh. He says that Mr. Jacob Johnson, the father of Andrew Johnson, once occupied it. It was built by Mr. William Ashley the grand father of Mr. William Bon ner. Let us hear from others. The New Depot.
