Sargent, commissioner-general of im migration and naturalization, shows a surprlslnz increase in the .inward passenger movement. The total number of immigrants j K from all countries landed In the United States for the month of No vember was 117, 47G, its compared with 94,621 for the corresponding month last year, and 61,374 for No vember, 1905.
