HORSE KNEELS IN FRONT STREET CAR As if kneeling in prayer, a horse hitched to a buggy dropped down. on his fore feet on Martin street today in front ot a fast ajiproaching strcat car. . AVyutt, Esq. Lewis Levy paid $7.35 for beinj drunk on the street and J. M. Carter donated $3.35 for cursing on the street. FREIGHT HEARING FOR MARCH 27 . The corporation commission was informed this afternoon that the hearing in the freight discrimina tions case against the Norfolk & "Western Railway will not be held I until March 27th.
