Guthrie, Okla., Aug. 22. It took a Jury only five minutes to convict Cassius M. Barnes, former governor of Oklahoma and now mayor of Guthrie, of gambling. The mayor was arrested several weeks ago with other prominent men. His compan ions pleaded guilty.
