Hownrd, on Sun day last, with exercises during the week and the formal turning over of the Louisburg College to the confer ence trustees, closed yesterday with an address by Hon. ,T. H. Small, con gressman from the first district; on "Service and Co-operation in Com munity Building." He Is a forceful and impressive speaker, graceful and highly entertaining. Afterwards, diplomas were given to the graduating class and various medals to those who had won them. The exercises concluded last night with the annual concert.
