More 'recent intelligence states, that the alarm is unfounded, there not having been a siii-le case of that disease there. An e- "ruption of no alarming nature had pre- ailed in that place, which doubtless gave rise to t!ie report of the existence ofSmalP pox Superior Court Circuits. Tlie arrange ments of the Circuits recently announced in this paper, turns out to have been in correct.
