The Scrap Book" presented at
Metropolitan Hall by -the ' Royce &
Lansing Com iny last night was upon
the whole one of the most satisfactory
performance' that has been here this
year. There were ho ' 'chestnuts."
Everything was fresh, sparkling and
chipier. "The Sc nip Book" has not
a deep plot .but the happy vein of hu
mor and fun running through it atones
for this. The personnel of the com
pany is', above, the average. Thcie
was an air of of refinment about the
vhole performance, which would satis
fy the most fastidious. The customes
were both elegant and appropriate.
The specialty hits of both Messrs.
Koyce and Lansing were happily got
