The Electrle Lights. The contract between the city and the electric light company calls for the lighting of the streets all night. At present the lights are turned off at twelve o'clock. A baby in arms worth 26,000, and no one authorized to care for ' it, is the state of affairs brought about by the Lake Shore disaster near Buffalo lat Thursday night. E. E.
