SAME MANAGMENT FOR SIXTEEN SUCCESSFUL YEARS Oxford Roller Mills a Small Enter prize Then, But Important Now. Sixteen successful years of oper ation under the same management is the enviable reputation of the Ox ford Roller Mills. At the time when Mr, W. A. Parham bought the mill 16 years ago it was only a small corn grinding mill of very small capacity. Four years later Mr. Parham en larged the mill adding the roller. Since which time the mill has been steadily growing in patrons and the amount of business done, until now it is a very important enterprise. ' The mill regularly employs three men and in real busy seasons its force is increased to six. The mill when going at full capacity can put out sixty barrells of flour and twenty five barrells of meal per day. The mill has recently been overhauled and everything put in the x best of shape for a large business this fall. Mr. A. M. Averett, the miller is one of the best in the land. He knows his business thoroughly and you will always get a first grade pro duct at the mill. We predict that the Oxford Roller Mills will in the near future be a very large affair, with a double and trible capacity to meet the demand caused by an increase in the acreage to be planted in Granville in wheat and corn.
