Mr. DeLaney, pastor of the Presbyterian church ' at Suffolk, Va., preached two sermons at the Presbyterian church here Sunday, and was heard by a good congrega tion both times. . Peters of Mecklen burg County, Va, and Miss Margaret L. Perkinson, of Charlotte County, Va-, were married Wednesday in the parlor of Exchange -Hotel, Rev. F. M. Shamburer officiating. The couple were accompanied by friends and a large number of people wit nessed the ceremony. The happy couple left on the 3; 20 train for their home in Virginia- Mr. J.
