After that they begin to become susceptible in creasing in suceptibility up. to tmve years of aze. and then slowly losing that susceptibility up to twenty years of age when it;' is found to.be about equal to that of six months. In view of the serious nature cf this disease in the children of pre school age and those of school age up to at least twelve years, better fif teen vcars, every parent would b? very wise to protect all - children rem one year to fifteen ' years of age. . The immunizing agent against tuis dread disease is called 'Toxin-anti toxin " Do not confuse this with ana toxin. Every up to date physician has been using antitoxin with rnozt cases of diphtheria.
