PITTMAN, Druggist. fire:; NOTICE OP SPECIAL ET ACTION A special elect n vil be held in Stovall School iJisirict on Tuesday, September 6, 1921, lor tiie purpose of voting upon the question of issu ing not exceeding Forty Thousand Dollars of serial bonds of Stovall School District and levying a suffi cient annual tax to pay the interest and principal of the same. The said bonds shall bear interest at a rate u . nut eAcetjuiug six per centum per annum, payable semi-annually, and the principal shall be payable in an nual installments or series, begin ning not later than three years after the date of said bonds and ending not more than thirty years after such date. Said Election shall be held and conducted and the qualifi cations of voters at said Election shall be determined as nearly as may be ' practicable in accordance with the general law relating to Eitctions for Members of the General Assemb ly. For said Election fie re shall be a new registration of the qualified voters of Stovall School District. At said Election the voters, v.ho are in favor of the issuance of said bonds and the levying of said annual tax, shall vote a ballot on which be written or printed the words "For Pond Issue;" and the voters, who are opposed to the issuance of said bonds, and the levying of said tax, shall vote a ballot on which shall be written or printed the words "Against Bond Issue." At the close of the polls the Elec tion Officers shall count the votes and make returns thereof in dupli cate, one copy of which shall be de livered to the Board of County Com missioners, and tne riher filed with the Clerk of the Superior Couit of .Granville County.
