Investigating Incendiary Fires-
During the past four or five
months there have been no less
than eight incendiary fires at Wil
son. Today the commissioner of
insurance returned from that town,
having spent several da s in an
investigation of the fires. Ho has
not yet completed it. Under a
new law it is made nis duty to in
vestigate and report on all incen
