B Oth for large girls and small women, and exactl right for either: i IT TAKES designing ability of an exceptionally high order t& create garments which shall satisfy alike the tastes and the physical needs' of girls verging into womanhood a)nd women who have not grown to normal size. We know but one maker who seems to have just the right inspira tion and the consummate skill needed to meet every demand of fit and fajshion. We know that we can surely please the small woman who objects to too much girlishiiess and asks smartness lined up with sensibility and as completely meet the ideals of the developing lass who objects alike to girlish models and to the lines of maturer years. Such garments form a very important feature of olir stock, offer many exceptonal values. WARRENTON WELCOMES YOU It is our good fortune to be the happy host this' week to numbers of Warren's best citizens who will attend Warren's Harvest Home. From every section people interested in agricul tural expansion and County growth will turn their feet to the County's capitol. We bid you welcome to our hearts, homes and city, and confidently feel that mutual betterment will follow our closer relationship. W.SJ3. OUR BOYS AND THE PAPER Every heart centers around the scenes of home and every man bears in sacred memory the days spent among friends and loved ones in the old home town. It matters not where a man may travel under Duty's star always above him shines the Star of Memory associated with the scenes of days gone by. v Over in France there are several hundred Warren county men all of whom love Warren, its traditions and its peoples. To carry the semi-weekly record of the things at home to the men Out There would prove a source of unquestionable pleasure to them and can be accomplished through the Press in a thoroughly effective and reasonably cheap manner. This ser vice will "keep the home love kin dled" and will prove of inestimable value in the morale of our men. Realizing these things The Warren Record asks the friends of the men Over There to read carefully Colonel Wm. Boyce Thompson's article on the front page of this issue, to realize what news from home means to the men away, and to take kindly to the suggestion andlet us have a remit tance for the purpose outline!. That the home paper is appreciated Over There is established j That the influence it exerts is known to be good; That the Press can carry a picture of home to the men away are facts which should bear fruit when the individual is asked to give this link of home to the men. We will be pleased to receive contributions to the Cause and pledge our best efforts to the Men who fight. W.S.S. KEEP THESE OFF THE U.S.A. The above caption comes from a Li berty Loan poster and refers to a pair of bloody boots incasing the feet of a Hunnish creator of gore, misery and suffering. - Those boots must never leave bloody footsteps upon the doormats of Am erican homes; those boots must noc make their terrible imprints upon the shores of Liberty; those boots must not grind to bloody pulp the infant nor mangle with cruel intent the aged. The men Out There are answering with Blood, too, but the red blood which flows for Justice rather than the brutish blood which hate starts Those men Over There are answering Heinnie, back them up with bonds and help keep bloody war from the hearth stone of Amerjca and quickly wash the bloody steps from the soil of northern France and Belgium. Every Bond shortens the Kaiser's life, brings, the boys closer home, and helps wipe out the bloody marks of Mr. Hun, arch-fiend of Hell., . Buy Bonds, buy more bonds Keep the boots from the U. S. A.
