A CORRECTION In a recent account of the Thursday afternoon card club this paper credited Mrs. V. P. Ward with winning the series club prize, but neglected to state that the prize was then turned over to charity. Due to the financial depression the club members agreed several months ago to stop giving a prize every week and in its place contribute a small sum of money to the club treasurer, the money to be turned over to charity by the club member making the highest score during the relation of the club.
