Democratic Precinct Officials Eye Warren Convention
Warren County Democrats
will hold their annual
county convention on Saturday,
June 28. Mrs. Eva M.
Clayton, county chairman,
announced this week.
The convention will begin
at noon in the Warren
County Court House, she
said.
Meanwhile, a complete
list of precinct officers,
elected during meetings
earlier this month, was
released by Mrs. Clayton.
They include the following
party workers in the
county's 14 precincts:
WEST WARRENTON Henry

Prompt Reporting
Of Changes Asked
By Social Agency
People getting Supplemental
Security Income
(SSI) payments should
promptly report changes in
their other income and
resources to Social Security,
John Peraza, Social Security
branch manager in
Henderson, advised this
week.
"Increases or decreases
in income may affect the
amount of monthly SSI
payments," Peraza said.
"People getting SSI checks
should report changes or
expected changes in their
wages, self-employment
earnings, veterans pensiont
payments, and other income."
Changes can be reported
by contacting any social
security office, he said.
Persons getting SSI
checks should also promptly
report change of address,
marriage, separation, and
any other circumstance that
might affect their payments,
Peraza said.
The Supplemental Security
Income Program makes
monthly payments to people
with little or no income and
limited resources who are 65
or over or blind or disabled.
The federal SSI Program
is run by the Social Security
