NOTICE
The 1977 Machinery Act in Part Provides: "It shall be the duty of
every person, firm, or corporation, in whose name any property
is to be listed, to list said Real or Personal Property with the
proper list taker within the time allowed by law. Any person,
firm, or corporation, whose duty it shall be to list any property,
who willfully fails, refuses, or neglects to list the same within the
time allowed by law, or removes or conceals property for the
purpose of evading taxation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
punishable by fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or
imprisonment not to exceed six months. The failure to list shall
be prima facie evidence the failure was willful.V BE SUKE TO
