Mrs. Linker Has Met Requirements Mrs Patsy Daniel Linker of Charlotte, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen A. Daniel of Norlina completed work for her masters degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for December 1979 graduation. She received the Masters of Arts in Speech Communi cation with concentration in organizational communica tion studies. Mrs.Linker has accepted a job as Program Develop ment Assistant in the Staff Development Department of the Charlotte-Mecklen burg School System. The bride wore a formal length gown with train of candlelight chiffon, trim med with imported chan tilly lace and seed pearls, long chiffon sleeves, Victor ian collar, finger tip veil with Juliet cap, covered with seed pearls and imported chantilly lace.
