'I »>"• Area Deaths And Funerals DR. R. E. WILLIAMS GOLDSBOKO - Graveside services for Dr. Robert Edgar Williams, 87, retired dentist of 1405 E. Mulberry St., were held Friday at 11 a. m. at Willow Dale Cemetery. Dr. J. Paul Edwards, officiated. Golfing companions served as pallbearers. Dr. Williams practiced dentistry in Goldsboro for 50^2 years prior to his retirement. A native of Warren County, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Edgar Williams of Warrenton. He attended Warren High School, John Graham Academy and Trinity College prior to entering the Army in 1917 and serving as an officer in the Infantry Training School at Camp Lee, Vi. After receiving his D.D.S. degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1925 where he vt&s a member of Xi Psi Phi, he established his practice in Goldsboro in 1926. He was
