Allen Presides Over Court Here ■ l:0\i . • Judge C. W. Allen, Jr. of Oxford presided over the Jan. 4 session of Warren County District Court, disposing of the following cases: Frank H. Maynard, two counts of failure to comply, court found that defendant did unlawfully and willfully violate the terms and conditions of his suspended sentence in that on Dec. 3 he did go on the premises of Betty Jean Edwards Maynard and that while he was there he was in an in toxicated condition and did in fact molest her by continuously trying to talk to her. The court ordered that the suspended sentence be revoked and that he be jailed for six months on each count. Defendant gave notice of appeal to the next session of Warren County Superior Court. Joyce P. Schuster, two counts of worthless check, called and failed, bond ordered forfeited, arrest order issued and new bond ordered tripled. James Lewis Fields, failure to comply, called and failed, arrest order issued and bond set at $350. Thomas Louis Jig getts, failure to comply, called and failed, $40 bond ordered on order for arrest. Buist Lucas Hanahan, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Wilson Lee Somer ville, failure to comply, called and failed, arrest order issued and bond set at $100. Carrol Russel Craig, Jr., speeding 70 in 55 mph zone and no driv er's license, called and failed, arrest order issued and bond set at $150. Emma Fields Rice, improper passing, voluntary dismissal. Anzell Maurice Davis, improper passing, voluntary dismissal. Richard L. Crossley, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Joseph Henry Just, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, entered plea of guilty of exceeding a safe speed, costs of court. Calvin Cook, no driver's license, called and failed, arrest order issued and bond set at $150. Thomas Earl McKethen, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Louis Earl Weaver, inspection violation, called and failed, arrest order issued and bond opt at 1150. June White Dillard, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Joseph Spinelli, Jr., speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. \ Charles Tandy Alex ander, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Henry Dalton Minton, non-support, called and filled, arrest order issued and bond set at $500. Craig Oakes, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Claude Bennette Coggins, improper pass ln8. not guilty. Jeanne Orndorff Clarke, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Lee M. Perry, Jr., dis charging firearm into occupied property, en tered plea of guilty of assault with a deadly weapon, ordered to jail for 12 months, suspend ed for two years and defendant placed on probation for two years on condition that he pay the cost of court, pay $175 as restitution for Johnny Smith, pay fine of |300, for 90 days not consume any type of alcoholic beverage whatsoever, pay $150 for court-appointed attor ney, for two years not be found guilty of any crime wherein alcohol is involved. The weapon was ordered confiscated and turned over to the Sheriff's Department for disposal according to law. Konald Cook, failure to comply, court found that defendant has unlawfully and willfully violated conditions of his suspended -sentence and ordered suspended sentence revoked and defendant was ordered to prison for one year. He gave notice of appeal to the next session of Warren County Superior Court and bond set set at $300. Harold Alonzo Durham, failure to comply, court found that the defendant has unlawfully and willfully violated the conditions of his suspended senten ce which was ordered revoked and defendant ordered to jail for 30 days. Defendant gave notice of appeal to the next session of Warren County Superior Court and bond was set at $150. Harrill Durham, failure to comply, court found that defendant has unlawfully and willfully violated the conditions of his suspended senten ce which was ordered revoked and defendant ordered to iail for six months. Defendant gave notice of appeal to the next session of Warren County Superior Court and bond was set at $150, To clean pewter, wash it with hot water and a mild detergent.
