Wilkinson Disposes Of Court Cases Judge C. W. Wilkin son, Jr. of Oxford pre sided over the April 18 session of Warren Coun ty District Court, disposing of the following cases: Henry Albert Balk cum, driving at a speed faster than reasonable and prudent, called and failed, dismissal with leave. Eddie Forrest Gup ton, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed, dismissal with leave. Timothy Vickers, speeding 70 in 55 mph zone, called and failed, dismissal with leave. Richard A. Brescia, speeding 70 in 55 mph zone, called and failed, dismissal with leave. Champ Clark, Jr., speeding 70 in 55 mph zone, called and failed, dismissal with leave. Ernest Lee May shack, speeding 69 in 55 mph zone, called and failed, dismissal with leave. John H. Berbenich, speeding 70 in 55 mph zone, called and failed, dismissal with leave. Kelly Lynn Wood, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, entered plea of guilty of improper equipment, costs of court. Arthur Scott Duncan, speeding 65 in 55 mph zone, called and failed, arrest order issued and bond set at $200. John P. Dodds, speed ing 70 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Michael Vick, com municating threats, dismissed by prosecutor. Malcolm Joseph Garrison, Jr., speeding 69 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. William Alexander, speeding 68 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. James L. Moseman, inspection violation, called and failed. Patricia B. Lynott, speeding 68 in 55 mph zone, called and failed. Robert Leon Cheek, simple assault, ordered to jail for 30 days, suspended for three years on condition that he keep the peace with his father, pay $25 for damages to his father's shirt, pay fine of $50 and costs. Defendant gave notice of appeal to the next criminal session of Warren County Superior Court and bond was set at$500. Beat all ingredients except 1 cup coconut, 30 seconds in Mend er on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with 1 cup coconut. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 43 minutes. Garnish with slic ed pineapple and whipped cream if desired. Refrigerate any remaining pie. •2 up rum extract pirn 2 tbsp. milk can be substitut ed for the rum.
