Judge Wilkinson Presides Over Warren District Court Judge Charles. W. Wilkinson, Jr. of JAford presided over the August 29 mixed criminal and civil session of Warren Coun ty District Court, disposing of the following cases: Louis D. Ramsey, Jr., check fraud, no account in bank, called and failed, order of for feiture and order for arrest issued for defend ant's appearance on Sept. 12, bond set at 1200. John Clepus Alston, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, found guilty of misdemeanor breaking and entering, ordered to jail for 6 months, suspended 1 year, placed on unsuper vised probation for 1 year upon condition that he pay $150 attorney fees, a fine of $50, and court costs.
